Recent industry rumors suggest that the Rage Against The Machine and Chris Cornell project is once again back on with the two parties having worked out their differences and deciding to continue on with the group. According to hitsdailydouble.com, the band have even been seeking out new management recently. While little else is known as of yet, a September 24th release through Epic has been rumored for the groups completed debut offering .

According to www.hitsdailydouble.com, the as of yet unnamed Rage Against The Machine/Chris Cornell project has now inked a management deal with The Firm (Korn, Limp Bizkit). The group are expected to release their debut effort through Epic sometime late this year/early next year. In other news, recent rumors circulating have suggested that the group are eyeing Audioslave as their new moniker, though no official word has come down as of yet.

Who's the lead singer of Rage again? What's he doing? And is "Audioslave" gonna be musical like Soundgarden was or Rap-Metal like Rage was?
