Here's what's been going on with the disk production process for Crapital Punishment. Sunday, November 9th, we went on the website of the manufacturer to check the status of production. We found out that there were errors with the Master disk that we had mailed to them. These errors were attributed to the method with which the disk was created (track-at-once rather than disk-at-once) and we were told that there was a 50-80% chance that there would be an audible pop between tracks. Well, we didn't want that, so we had another master made, and we tested it fully ourselves before sending it off last Thursday, November 13. Well, as of this morning, we found out that they received the master yesterday, November 18th, and the disk passed the testing, and they are in production as we speak. And we found out that the ship date for the finished run is November 26, which is next Wednesday. FINALLY!So all of you who have pre-ordered your CDs, you will be getting yours soon enough. As soon as we have the shipment, we will announce the release date which should be the tuesday after we get the disks, but will be no later than the second tuesday after we get the disks. Got that? Good. I'm taking a break from all this worry now, and looking forward to getting the finished product once and for all!
