A Minor Setback, and a Gift

This umpteenth setback with Crapital Punishment is bugging the hell out of me. This album has been nothing more than air for the past year, and it was finally becoming something tangible. I realize that we're close to completion, that this delay is minor at best; but I can't help but feel as though this, our third full-length album, has been plagued with insufferable delays. And now that we're this close, it makes this delay even more sufferable.

Last week we got the artwork for the CD done, and we put it online for all to see. If you haven't seen it yet, please do so. It does help to salve some of the pain we're feeling over the delay. However, it doesn't completely take the pain away. So in an effort to keep things moving, and to bolster our sagging morale a bit, here is a gift from us to you. It's the new version of Zero Down, which I think you'll agree is pretty damn good. And maybe this early release will help get us all through this difficult time. At the very least, it may help to satiate the appetite for new Max the Dork songs.

but i can also say, having heard the other songs that have been recorded that this is by far the most amazing max the dork album there is and i swear, you totally need to get one...
