As you may or may not know, Max the Dork has been invited to play the Lockstock Festival in Lock Haven, PA. The festival runs from July 11th to July 13th, and features fourteen bands (not the previously-reported thirteen!). The cost is NOTHING. ZIP, zilch, nada, ZERO. It's a free festival. Camping is allowed on the grounds, bring your own tent. There will be grills available for cooking, bring your own food and charcoal. I heard from Joel Roberts, the festival organizer, today and he said the website for Lockstock was finally updated with the 2003 info. So make sure you go check that out. We've already got a bunch of people going up with us (including a couple from West Virginia, check that shit out!) and if you wanna tag along, email us and we'll give you all the info on the convoy. We're going to be meeting up at 9:00 AM at my house, and we'll be leaving for Lockhaven around 10:30. We have 2-way radios for communication in the convoy. It's gonna be a blast. Also, we'll have some merchandise at the festival, stickers, buttons, the first two albums, that sort of thing. We should also have brand-new hot off the presses early copies of the new free demo, with high-quality studio recordings of Billy Boy, Lockstep, Loner, and Bonehead so you won't wanna miss that. More info to come as I get it. Let us know if you're coming so we can tell Joel. He likes it when we tell him we're bringing a bunch of people. ;D
