Round three of the WGLS Locals Only Loco Bracket (it's muoy insane!) was last night, and it was a tough battle, but in the end, Max the Dork triumphed over Berzerker's Happy Hour 17 votes to 2.
I said it at the beginning of the tournament, and I'll say it again, Max the Dork is the Gonzaga of this tournament.
On to Round Four. Only eight bands remain (the Elite Eight), and on July 11 (they're taking next week off for Independence Day) Max the Dork is battling against Diver's Lust, another formidable opponent.
Thanks to the Dork Brigade, Max the Dork has received more votes than any other band at any time. Last night alone we got more votes than all the other winners combined. There's three more rounds left in the Tournament, and I'm gonna need you all again. But thanks for everything you've done for me so far. I never dreamed I could get this far in the Tournament. Kudos to all of you! ;D
