Radio DebutsWe had a ton of people in the official WGLS Locals Only chat last night, and as per usual they were from all over the world. We also had Nick from Value & Quality as well as Matt, Brian, and Tony from Syphin. They were listening primarily because last night was both of their radio debuts. The reaction from the others in the room was very positive; everyone seemed to like both songs played (Syphin's Craving and V&Q's Good Day, Bad Day, Rain) very much, and the members of the respective bands got some accolades from the people in the room. Hmm...Maybe we should get more bands to appear in the chats! Gee, why didn't I think of that before? ;D Tonight at Brenner's BrewYes, it's Friday Night at Brenner's Brew! Tonight, Max the Dork takes the stage at 8:00 PM. It's a $5 cover at the door, all ages are welcome (although if you know anything about Max the Dork's music, you know better than to bring your toddlers. But I'll still say the FUCK word, even if you do). From what I can tell there's gonna be a ton of people there to see MtD, which should be good, considering I'm recording the show yet again. Also, I will have CDs and tapes available for sale at the show (CDs - $5, Tapes - $3). A good time will be had by all, I promise. I've got word that Louie will be there, so you can get up and dance with Louie, you can sing along to Eulogy, you can just kick back and have yourself a good time. Then stay for the other two bands, Bridgeton's own Best Food In Town, and a chick from Florida named Genovese. And yes, I'll also be available for autographs. ;D
