Troubleshooting is an integral part of my daily routine. When something goes wrong on the network, I have to figure out the cause and fix it. I take my troubleshooting philosophy from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes who said: Anyone who does troubleshooting, whether it be for computers, cars, or even customer relations, should understand and adopt this simple saying into their troubleshooting techniques. It has certainly always worked for me.
