Well I have to agree with that. I've taken anger management courses, and they basically say "Don't get angry." That's not very helpful. I'm all for the Tai Chi. Did you see how it calmed the crew of Monster House down on the Zen House episode? They were all at each other's throats, then they call in a Zen relaxation guy, and after a short session with the guy, they ended up completing the project in record time, even doing the decorating and showing the house at Midnight on Friday, rather than 6 PM on Saturday. If it worked for Monster House, it can probably work for juvenile offenders. Here's my Tai Chi exercise: Ommm Mani Padme Hummmmmmmm Ommm Mani Padme Hummmmmmmm Ommm Mani Padme Hummmmmmmm Ommm Mani Padme Hummmmmmmm I'm not very flexible, so that's about all I can do.
