I like what the White House and the Pentagon have been saying about the impending invasion of Iraq. The white house will say that there are no plans to invade, and then the Pentagon will say we're invading next Friday. Then the White House will say that we're invading in two months time, and then the Pentagon will say that the likelihood of us invading is about the same as the Mullet becoming the standard military haircut. I don't know who they're trying to confuse, us or the "enemy!" |

Americans are so stupid i was watching CNN and they were talking about invading Iraq and they said that there best plan was to go in with paratroopers on Bagdad and take Saddam by SUPRISE

Please don't base your opinion of Americans on our media. Many of us are much more intelligent than that. I still remember the invasion of Somalia and how the invading forces were met on the beach by the news crews. Imagine if D-Day had been run that way. American media is completely out of control. Unfortunately, that's what you get in a free society; you have to rely on the integrity of individuals because you can't enforce common sense. And the American media has no integrity any more. But once you take freedom away from one, you take freedom away from all. That's why Anarchy will never work, because you can't rely on the integrity of individuals in a mob mentality.
