And where's Osama Bin Laden? Isn't he the guy we started this whole fucking war over? Or did we all forget about the guy who got his followers to drive planes into the WTC and the Pentagon?
What threat is Saddam Hussein? Have we found the reported "Weapons of Mass Destruction" that we claimed they had at the beginning of the war? No. With three loaded guns and his back to the wall, did Saddam put up a fight? No. He's a millie. He's a weak man who no longer holds the citizens of Iraq in his grasp. And I think we'll see that even more clearly in the weeks to come.
But one good thing will come of his capture, I'm sure. It may mean an end to the suicide bombing and the resistance by Saddam's followers in Iraq. In fact, since his apprehension, the attacks have stopped completely.
I still think, however, that we cannot lose sight of the original objective of this "War on Terrorism," which is to bring Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda to justice for the murder of innocent civillians on September 11th, 2001. Until that man is captured, dead or alive, I won't ever consider this to be a military victory. No matter what our military may do in Iraq, the war's objective has not been met until Osama Bin Laden has been found and captured, and the Al Qaeda network dismantled. Everything else is just smoke and mirrors.

Saddam is being interigated by Americans without anyone else there to make sure they play by the rules. for all we know they could torture him and force him to say he had weapons of mass destruction. You can bet your ass that they will only relise the information THEY want you to know.

I'm almost positive that he will not be tortured. If there's one thing I can't stand about the US, it's that we're painfully fair to people who have recently fucked us in the ass. And I'm sure that if and when they capture Osama Bin Laden, they will give him a fair trial and all that rather than tying him down to stakes and stripping his skin off his body and letting him get eaten by vultures, as they should do. But that's just me.

I didn't say he did anything to the US. I said Osama Bin Laden would be treated fairly and get a fair trial, despite the fact that he was responsible for the deaths of over 2000 civilians in the US.
