www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/06/26/scotus.sodomy/index.htmlThe US Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision, has declared Texas' anti-sodomy law to be unconstitutional, and good for them. Where in the Constitution does it say that our nation or states can make laws recording morality? Other than murder, theft, or battery, what is morally apprehensible to one may not necessarily be apprehensible to another. Making laws banning homosexual intercourse is akin to making laws banning oral sex, bondage, or any other sexual diversion. What's in the bedroom is between the involved parties, and not up for debate among the public or the government. I applaud the Supreme Court for their decision, and I hope the State of Texas will accept its decision graciously and put things right at last. On a side note, I'm also kinda hoping that this decision opens the door, even if ever so slightly, toward the legalization of Gay marriage and recognition of the same in many more states.

I hope it opensthe door to the goverment relizing that they cant tell us how to fuck. In FL anything other then missoinary is Illegal. In some states oral sex is illegal. And yet Vegas legalized hookers.
