You didn't read my post very closely. Can you carry 50 hours worth of music on CD's around with you? I mean without a Samsonite suitcase? The MP3 player lets you pick whatever songs you want without having to change CDs. And the only thing you'll have to bring is batteries. ... which you would have to bring with a CD player anyways Meh, I never leave the house. A portable MP3 player would be of no use to me.... Although, I'm hoping to get a job hen I move to Cali. Hopefully in a record store, THATW OULD R0X MIE C0X SO MUCH!!!!

I worked in a music store from October 87 to December 88. One of the best jobs I've ever had.

My cousin used to work in a record store, he got shit really cheap all the time. He got my dad Body Count's Cop Killer album on vinyl (drool), this Frank Zappa box set, and all kinds of rare CDs and shit.
For some reason though, he turned into a fucking Muslim (literally), and got rid of all his earthly possesions. I wound up with some of it somehow, like my Misfits poster, so it's all good. :-D

When you say "he" are you talking about your dad or your cousin?

Teh cousin.
Speaking of my dad... I think he's gone insane. He went and downloaded all your songs on MP3.com, he's addicted. He wants to get the CDs.... what's this world coming to?

Poor guy needs therapy. As a licensed therapist, I recommend that he buy the CDs promptly, as well as all the t-shirts, hats, coffee mugs and mousepads in the Merchandise section. That should help him get over it. I'm offering this advice at a discount; he can just send me $50 and we'll call it even. And the CDs and shirts and stuff. I'm only thinking of him you know. ;D
